All tihs 'hoopla' about oil for fuel. Until I learned about algae and it being able to produce airplane fuel, bio-deseal and regular bio-fuels at the rate of 33,000 gallons per year per acre (compared to corn's 30 gallons per acre year) I thought we needed to drill for new oil!!! We don't! If we took one-seventh of the state of New Mexico and produced this biofuel, at almost no cost compared to oil, we could produce all of the energy needs for the entire country!!! Forget the pipelines, drilling and unnecessary wars for energy...not to mention the CO2 thing...
Google: algae biofuel and watch the video. You will be astounded!!!!
Politicians who want to make a difference need to know this valuable information.
